DEPOSIT POLICY

The purpose of a deposit is twofold: to assure you of a place on the Litter List and to assure us of your good faith in following through with the contract to provide the puppy with a loving home.

 

A total deposit sum of (US) $600.00 -$1000.00 depending on the price of the puppy is required to reserve a puppy and or secure a place on the Litter List. The 600.00-$1000.00 deposit is 100% refundable should not enough pups be whelped to fill all requests on the Litter List, or if the planned litter fails to be conceived within two heat cycles ,which is one year from original due date.  Deposit can also be refunded if  the top three pre agreed upon sex or color preference is not whelped. Brindle variations in the coloring of your puppy are not covered under the deposit agreement; deposits will not be refunded due to it.  If you are making payments on your deposit and do not make the full deposit amount agreed upon by delivery date your puppy cannot be held.  There are no refunds on partial deposits.  You can choose to move your partial deposit to another litter list as long as there is availability.   


If you cancel your reservation after being added to the litter list ( wait-list) prior to the puppy becoming 4 weeks of age, one half the deposit will be refunded .  If you decide/agree to be moved to another Litter List for any reason your current deposit agreement remains in effect for your new litter choice.   If you cancel your request after the puppy has become 4 weeks of age, the deposit becomes non – refundable.  If you do not complete payment, pick up or have your puppy shipped by agreed upon date the deposit becomes non- refundable. Deposit exceptions are always considered on the circumstances of each individual case. In the case of the full purchase price being tendered in advance, the deposit portion(s) remains under the deposit policy. In the case of an outright purchase of any dog, the sum refunded upon the return of a puppy or an adult  must meet all purchase agreements requirements.  The amount shall be the purchase price less an amount at least equal to the regular deposit charge. This amount will be based on individual circumstances and condition of the dog being returned with conjunction of the Health Guarantee Hip Guarantee requirements being met.

If you place the Deposit through check please print and sign the agreement returning it with the Deposit Check. Checks are only accepted for deposits. This is considered your deposit agreement notice.
